Seeing how I only had the Formula out once since April, I think my season is just beginning. I hope the hurricane season is over. Even before the hurricanes, we had the wettest summer I can remember since moving to Florida 33 years ago.
Still ready to go, have not found much free time busy time of year with kids back in school and football. We will winterize no later than middle of November. Then shrink wrap couple weeks later. Delaware
Like Cuda and Jay already said, Our season is just beginning, once we get thru the end of the month, and the hurricanes are outta the way, it probably wont rain again 'til April, and have 70-80 degree weather all winter.
I learned a little lesson last New Years Day though.............
If your going to boat in January, and be out 'til after the sun starts setting...........
My season ended at the end of August with a blown motor...by the way, the problem hasn't been rectified yet. Anyone looking for a 1989 26' Celebritty Andretti Bravo 1 w/o power?
Oneida Lake NY .........we're gonna run thanksgiving weekend maybe in leathers and sled helmats but were gonna do it, gotta a bet with local bar owner we drink for free all night if we show up in a boat.
Usually go till the end of Oct. Did Nov 7th last year in a friends boat with heated indoor storage. Even stretched till Nov 17th once in mine then winterized the next day.
Anyway , I'm not winterizing this year except for fuel stabilizer and shrinkwrap....the engines will be indoors
Getting mine done thursday, then into heated indoor storage.
