Horsepower; Those Chris Cats were ahead of their time in terms of design. In addition to being fast they ride great in the rough stuff.

Pic of flag boat from side. The cover over the rear seat comes off.

Wannabee

That is one sweet boat  I like how they made the rear seat cover removable.

The Chris Cats, & Shadows were way ahead of there time, its to bad that "they" didn't continue their work (death of one of the designers), who knows what we would have to day. All the Chris cats have the steps, somewhere I heard they built About 250 of them but I'm not sure about that. The American flag boat looks great.

did awesomeand or american offshore use the molds chris craft did????

I have boat races on dvd from 84 when the chris cats first hit the water
No to your question, as in the original molds from Chris Craft. The Awesome and the Chris share the same hull design. Without Awesome purchasing the mold, you can fill in the blanks on how Awesome made "their" mold. Awesome did redesign and make their own cockpit liner and dash panels.

New full cover made for trailering.
