If you were in California it could be "We Be Lifts"

But dont listen to me it took me years to name my Baja and I ended up adding a II to one of my other boats names "Fair Trade II"

BTW: Before all you SoCal and NoCal peeps get after me, I was born and raised in the Land of Fruits and Nuts and still own property at Bass Lake (just south of Yosemite).

Here is a serious one:

A lot Like MyLittleFriend's suggestion

Lift Specialists of Canada (or Ontario depending on the range of your business)

My thought is it gets the "Lift" part right out front where it belongs.

Canucklift :)

How about Liftmasters?

I am not sure about Canadian law but in the legal description of your name keep the old name too. Just in case you want to go back to it.

IE:

Old name: Town lift
New Name Liftmasters

Legal name Liftmasters Town lift

In your advertizing and billing you can use either or both names and be OK. This is what I did when I bought a new company this way the name is not released and someone else can grab it and start up a business masquerading as the old company.

Wow, you guys have been busy. Can Am Fork Lifts, hhummm.

I should know by the beginning of next week. Hint, in the industry they are Lift Trucks. But to others they are Fork Lifts.

Your suggestions have got me thinking again, thank you all, and if you have thought of any more, please, throw them at me!

Bam Bam, how was the run?

I was down for Jody's (wife) Provincial horse finals in New Market. But went in to the boat show on the Friday.

How rough was the water? I can't imagine the water being calm out side of TO!

Touchy Subject (Stan and Inez) were down with us on the Saturday during the show. We couldn't leave so I didn't see any of the run. Pics, details!

The water was rough. There was an east wind that day and it whipped up the lake pretty good. I did not get any good photos as I was too far away from the action but it looked like there were only 20 boats in the run. My Way was second to the Hamilton stop, behind an Outerlimits and it was very cool watching them come in. We waited for them just outside of Burlington Bay and you could see the spray before the boats as they were getting some huge air.

I will post what photos I got tonight.

How bout the tried and true 'ACME FORK LIFT' or AFL Inc.

Here are some more.

Express Lift - When you need a lift now!

Blue Sky Lift - Ours lift higher.

Remember, the phone book sorts you business by name. So ACME and Blue Sky would be highest in the list.

Typically, people renting a lift or need repairs, need it now, so they call the first number they see.

My .02 and a half :D
