my 900rr is the fastest machine i have. it has some work done and runs a high 10. the funny thing is my banshee will out run it but it only tops out around 90 (we raced them one day). once the bike hit 3rd gear it passed the quad.

ST31, is that a supra?
Yes,

It's a 1994 that I bought in 98. Had several things done to it over the years at Powerhouse racing and Wasabi racing. Running a little over 400HP at the rear wheels right now with the twin turbo setup. I have been contemplating switching it to a single turbo which would boost the HP at the rear wheels to some where between 600 - 700HP depending on the setup.

Here's another picture with the roof on.

CJ - You had a GTS??? Yikes! When I worked at pre-Daimler Chrysler my racing buddy that I worked with took me on the track in a GTS - one of the performance groups play toys with 5 point harnesses, etc. Unbelieveable! The thing sounded incredible....and I dont even have the words to describe the ride.

I had no scanned pix for the first/funnest car but I'm in on this thread.

This was mine... 7.3 @ 185mph 1/4 mile. What a hoot!
It would tote the front tire thru the finish line till you shut her off. Then it would let off a puff of smoke like an airplane landing. Nitrous rocks! :D

The blue one:D It reminds me of my friends 1968 Camaro with 600 hp. Just went to the Detroit Auto show Thurs and already eyeballing the C6 Z06. Going to be a sweet car. The red one is the most fun car I've owned with a 71 Pontiac a close 2nd (as I see another post with that subject is floating around)

Here is the shakedown of "vehicles" of all types and speeds for the toys I have owned through my life.

1) '55 Chevy, 396/375+ HP, ran out of RPMs at 110 MPH.... that was all the numbers on that speedo so I have no idea how fast it really was!

2) '72 Triumph Bonneville 117 MPH

3) '78 Pontiac Trans Am 6.6 Liter 125 MPH

4) '74 Triumph Trident, Tached out at 127 MPH

5) '68 Corvette 350/350 130 MPH

6) '77 Cessna 182Q 150 MPH

7) '87 300ZX Turbo 156 MPH

8) '76 Beechcraft Bonanza V35B just under 200 MPH at 75% power.

I did have a problem with a need for speed! I verified the speed on every one of them personally!

yah, Dad had one of the first RT10 in Canada, and then the GTS came out. I swear I drove both those machines more than him. I should be dead. :confused1

The 2002 Yamaha YZF R6 is the fastest I have been. 173mph on the speedo.. Still had more to go... I am sure that I was in the 160 range (real speed).. Faster than I needed to go... :ninja:
