Your going to love twins. It will handle a lot better than the single. With the power your running you will likely not need drive showers. The bravo should hold up nice for you.

 

I have 60 hours on a 6.2. They are 377ci and come with hyd roller cam/lifters and a forged crank. They rune very smooth with lots of torque from 2000 rpm up. Also good on fuel consumption. Boat should run 72-74 mph. 29 fever is a great handling boat.

 

WHY NOT put showers on..I would, its still good medicine for long distance runs. Those drives wanna be wet and cool, give em a shower.
Now get some nice ones and color code em!!!

Thanks for the replies! I put 12 hours on the 29 this past weekend and loved every minute of it. The 6.2's are sweet and the mid-range performance was unbelievable. I think your advice on the drive showers is on the money. I take my boats on long cruises quite often and, if the water is right, like to run quick. Cheap insurance and the color coding will be right! Did have two problems with the Fever...I think the drivers power bolster seat broke coming off a wave at speed, will not come up all the way now...will check with the dealer. Also, 5 gaffrig gauges are fogged up - I was surprised at that.
