Nice boat! I see it's a super ventilated bottom. Have you noticed much of a difference between the non-step hull?

yes the ventalated has a lot lighter feel and seems to land smoother.

There has been rumor about Fountain coming out with a lower cost 42 called the ICBM. It's on the lines of what they did with the executioner for the 35. I may be shopping again.

I can tell you like this auto resizing. I tried to find the picture I had of your boat just floating down in the Ozarks. I think it's still on my other box. Someday I'll get all my files moved over.

i didnt know they had auto resizing i figured it out a while ago, some things just take me a while to figure out im old school if you know what i mean

ive seen your 35 over on the other board sweet boat.
ive been toying with the idea of selling my 42 and looking for a older offshore but have a hard time thinking about parting with it.

I can't imagine what would be better than your 42 except for maybe a 47. I give these guys a lot of credit that restore older boats but it looks like way to much work for me. I've been planning to put some real power in my 35 and still haven't gotten around to it. I'd get a project boat and it world sit forever.

this is later im at work and my handle is wavebuster here, couldnt remember password a while back. i know what ya mean about the project boats, i was going to sell the fountain a while ago and look for a older boat with big power and drives, then i decided that i'll keep the fountian because it runs great and i have no problems and maybe look around for a project boat to piddle with when i have time that way i can still boat
