Did this last year it was a good fun run.

 

I won't be able to run, mostly cause my boat only goes 35, but any festivities going on at Sylvan once the run is over?

 

Did the run as well and it was rough being only 22'. Does anyone know how that poor women who went face first into the dash of that Sonic made out?

There are cruisers there as well as small booats. Come out and hang with me. I'm running around and taking picts all day. I only have a 19 foot boat that goes 45.

 

I would love to but I can't even get to my boat until 2. I keep it at Fremac Marina so I will be down to Sylvan by 2:30. I'm planning on sleeping on the boat in the canal Sat. night so if any of you guys are out ripping it up I will look for the boats and stop by. :drink1:

Ha! I ran in the Swamp Run I was the only cruiser at 35 MPH. It was still a blast. First to leave, last to arrive! Awsome time. So far I see no reason why I won't be at this one with a couple more buddies with their boats.

 

Im in , this will be my first poker run and Im pumped!!!!!!!! I watched the swamp run pull in to the waterfront,then followed them out as far as three bay. The sight and sound of the boats was awsome!!

Ok I'm going to try and do this one with out Mrs bitchinbaja, " This is going to be tough, She's hooked on these runs." I'll see if I can get a guys out day on this one.

Here are the Details.

Saturday, August 26th (weekend before Labor Day).

For anyone who has $50.00 and a boat.

Fee is $50.00 per hand payable the morning of the run. Cash only.

Payoff to be determined based on number of boats.

We will start at the dock at the Waterfront.

(Registration will start at 10:00am, we will depart at 11:00am SHARP),

Course to be determined.

$5.00 lunch.

Presentation to be held at the old Boat House in Constantia,

now called RPM’s Bar and Grill.

BBQ (included with hand), raffles, T-shirts and this year we will also have a band!!!!!!

There will be plenty of parking for all boats.

You are also welcome to spend the night or launch your boat there that morning.

Join in the fun as we also say “Happy Birthday” to 2 boaters turning 40!!!

No rain date! The band is already booked!

Nolan did want to have another one in the fall. Couldn't call it a Swamp run, That's a specific name for a good time

Maybe he could call it the Puddle Jump :

Good one... A fall run sounds fun...then again...they all sound good..

 

I would definitely be in for a fall run. Have a wedding the weekend of the 26th so I can't make this one.
