I was trailering to LeClaire and running up to the sand pits for years. Spent this year going down to the Ozarks.
Spending the summer in the Ozarks this years was a good idea! The river sucked... :(

Wow, even the crash looked "scale". That's too bad. Lots of time and money straight in to terra firma.
They refer to the crash as "re-Kitting It". You can take it home in the box you built it from. I've done it too many times.

I also have a 1/4 scale Extra 300 done in the Circus Circus theme.

Hhmmm.....re-kitting, very creative :D

I had "re-kitted" several over the years. If I had more time I'd get back into the airplane stuff. I really enjoyed it.

Kidnova, I see you are just about as anal as I am with polishing your toys! I saw the RG in your picture, did you just get done polishing the plane since the boat is put away?!?!?

Hey Bill, I wasn't kidding when I said it was caked with dust. Plus had some well cured air plane fuel under the dust. I cleaned it with degreaser then windex. Then went over it with Frenzy and it came out nice. Then I hit it with a coat of Raceglaze. The RG really made it shine. That stuff is great.

Yeah, guess I'm going through clean/wax withdrawl :laugher: :laugher: :laugher:
