first of all - thanks to 32fever for keeing a tight lip. He's been talking with the folks at Ocean Performance in Ct about some of the Outerlimits they had for sale and inquired about one but they said "Jeff from Speedwake" bought that boat.

so - without further ado... here she is - the new to me 2001 37' OuterLimits, staggered 675 Eickerts, Imco Exteme's, stellings boxes.

- these flame arrestors are getting painted this week to match the rest of the boat and those tacky little 675 numbers on top of them are going!

Very nice. One of my favorite models. Of course I am biased as the lines are very similar to my 32 Hustler stretched( may have something to do with that Fiore factor).

Jeff's busy cleaning up the bilge (can't take her anywhere with a dirty bilge!), so I'll respond for him. You're right, dhl, that GPS will be the first thing to go after the purple flame arrestors. I don't think the previous owner liked it either because the antenna is only velcro'd on to the fairing - luckily, no holes to worry about! Jeff's got his eye on one w/ a 10" color screen. :vcol:

As for speed, Jeff can give you the particulars, but the engines have been de-tuned to 2lbs of boost, but even at that we hit over 90 on the Long Island Sound sea trial... WHAT A RIDE!!!! :vcol: :a1:
