Was listening to Ch 47 ethyl . Pretty cool music there .

I don't own one but was checking them out today . Trying to find an interface that will allow me to connect it digitally and be able to use my steering controls on the Avalanche .

I know a lot of ppl that have sirius and love it but I think I'm going XM .

mostly
channel 9 - 90's channel
or

20 - top 20
21 - Kiss
22 - the mix
47 - Ethel
65 - the ryme (classic hip hop)
and
74 - bluesville

I have the older Roady and also take it everywhere with me.

My new Nissan Titan has XM built in to the factory radio :)

I love my Xm and almost never listen to the local commercials......I mean music anymore....

Why so shameless?

The stereo that came in the Fountain is a Kenwwod (Sirius), so I activated it. I had XM in my truck and compared the two. For me, Sirius has ALOT better channels, NASCAR will be switching to Sirius, Sirius is cheaper when you have multiple vehicles and I get much better reception with Sirius.

"KILL THE F@#!EN ENEMY!!!!! (chorus) BURN THAT MOTHER TO THE GROUND!!!!!!!!!!"
Few, I was starting to get worried that I was the only old fart on this board that listened to nice calming music.

Check this out. Should be what you are looking for and enable you to be able to use the same controls.

I had sirius, but some Jack@#$ recently stole the radio out of my truck. This time I went with an Alpine system that only works with XM. I will be activating tonight.

Your welcome. That's why I love this board. Seems like someone usually has an answer to just about any question you can have.

Well I tried twice to activate my new XM account twice yesterday, but it never took. Turns out XM is going through a system matinence begining yesterday through the 6th. Customer support said they could not guaruntee that I can get it to work until after they are done.

Well I took a look at this unit and I'm not sure this will work on GM Bose radio's . I see that they offer xm-direct to other manufactures . I did see something a while back about a product called soundgate that might work for me . I just have to do some more digging .
