Truthfully, it won't be too bad...........I can run a BIGGER wheel now that I have a few hundred more ponies!! Cruise speed is higher with less throttle!!!! :

By the way, I forgot to tell you on the phone earlier......... I fired it up yesterday..........Talk about "music to your ears"!!!!!

Here is my 22 xp eliminator eagle. best speed to date is 80.2 mph on gps. running a mild 540 with a stock bravo 1 lower with a stern jack. Would love to try a 2" shortie. Anyone have one for sale??? :winker:

I would check to see if someone else tried one on your boat.Maybe borrow one.My boat went backwards with the one an expert sold me.It's a lot cheaper and less frustrating getting good info first.I did find a real expert who explained why my hull design wasn't a fit for the extended nose cone on the shorty.If the nose cone wasn't there the higher x would have made the desired result.Just my .02.

k, found a 2" shortie used. hope to have it in about a week. hope it helps my eliminator like it helped chris`s eliminator. if not it will be in the classifieds. thanks to chris bullock (aka CB-BLR) for all the help and advice on my eliminator.
